Mail And Multiple Addresses On MacOS and iPhone
If you have multiple addresses you need to send mail from, it is (although not well documented) possible in Mail.App.
In the Mail Address field, just add each address you want to be able to send from, comma separated.
When you next go to send mail, you'll get a drop down box between the to/subject/etc boxes and the area for the body of the message.
If you want to be able to send from different addresses on the same account on the iPhone, the only way this seems possible to setup is to set it up in Mail.App and then select the Sync Selected Mail Accounts: under the Info tab in iTunes. After you sync your phone next, you'll have the addresses added to the From drop down in the iPhone mail application.
