Musicality

Opal now has several songs she sings. Her school song has long been a favorite, and she recently added "Domo Arigato Mr. Roboto" to that, but now she has added "We Are Men of Japan" and "The Flowers That Bloom in the Spring" to her rotation. When she's not singing things made up on the spot with less identifiable lyrics.

The Mikado has not replaced her usual favorites for listening (insufficient plot when compared to, say, Dido and Aneas as told by Storynory and no diseased cows at all, so how could it compete with James Herriot?) but is in pride of place for non-stories. We have discussed what it means to be a "highly insufficient ablutioner".
