Opal and I have been playing with paper dolls. The jointed kind, held together with brads. Here's the template I've been using. I use this for two things. First, I have a printed copy that I trace around when I'm improvising bits. Second, I use it to resize things in Photoshop so that they'll all be compatible sizes. Eventually I'll post some more pieces parts based on these templates.

Some advice:
- I use the cute brads from the scrapbooking section; they cost the same as the office supply ones and are a better size.
- Because of that, I use a 1/8" hole punch to punch the holes for them.
- I use a 1/4" rectangle punch to cut two slots in the hand part so I can put things in their hands. You could just put a brad through, too.
- I tried making hats with slots, but now I'm trying just putting brads through their heads.
