Random notes

Scientific Monthly of 1916 has notes on page 212 on metrication of medicine.

Petitions

Freakonomics

Influence

Consider wording of papers, letters etc to take into account aspects of influence.

  • Famous people
  • Being with the crowd (things like "95% of the worlds population uses metric" or "Most people X" or "Worlds Number 1 brand").

Other snippets to research

"In 1979 the USMB awarded a $65,000 contract to Damaus and Associates to conduct a nationwide survey to study how metrication would affect small businesses."
