Solaris Bugs and RFEs

These are bugs or RFE's I've filed or otherwise am keeping track of for some reason.

• SMF propvals in dependencies
• kadmin and SMF
• bzip2/gzip for tar
• idn.h uses <idna-int.h> instead of <idn/idna-int.h> - no bug number yet
